This Project Manager leads the implementation of financial and regulatory projects within the group.

Our client is an international banking institution, leader in the Eurozone.
Description
- Lead projects, coordinating tasks across teams and ensuring effective communication;
- Manage priorities and monitor capacity, workload, and project portfolio budget;
- Ensure proper resource allocation and implementation of internal controls;
- Coordinate relationships with financial and regulatory product managers;
- Promote standardization of methodologies, training, and processes;
- Contribute to transformation initiatives and change management.
Profile
- Degree in Management, Engineering, Finance, or a related field;
- Minimum 7 years of experience in banking, audit, accounting, consulting, or management control;
- At least 3 years of experience in project management;
- Fluency in English;
- Knowledge of financial systems and regulations;
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Access, PowerPoint);
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail;
- Adaptability and change management skills;
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities;
- Team leadership and talent development.
