Key Account Manager

Job Responsibilities:
* Identify and onboard new clients with lead generation needs;
* Built strong relationships with advertisers, agencies, and direct brands;
* Negotiate and close deals for cost-per-lead (CPL) campaigns in European markets;
* Collaborate with our media buying team to optimize lead performance and scale revenue;
* Analyze campaign data to identify trends and improve lead quality;
* Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor strategies.
Requirements:
* Experience in B2B sales, preferably in digital marketing, lead generation, or affiliate marketing;
* A strong network in Insurance, Solar, Loans, or similar industries;
* Understanding of CPL models and performance-based marketing;
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions;
* Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis);
* Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus);
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ready to scale our lead generation business.
