Senior DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities:
1. Good understanding and experience working with complex distributed systems at scale based on events.
2. Command of Linux system administration and OS hardening.
3. Experience performing common database administration tasks (e.g., Oracle, PostgreSQL).
4. Experience working with and integrating public cloud services (IaaS/PaaS) and virtualized computing infrastructure (VMware, KVM, Kubernetes/OpenShift, AWS, Azure).
5. Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and relevant configuration management/automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
6. Excellent practical knowledge of CI/CD tools and pipelines for software lifecycle and infrastructure provisioning (e.g., GitLab, Nexus, Jenkins).
7. Experience with logging, metrics, monitoring, and tracing technologies and systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Vector, OpenTracing).
8. Knowledge of programming/scripting languages and software building to solve practical challenges (e.g., Golang, Python, Bash).
9. Good knowledge of IP networking.
10. Ability to work with application solution architects to present solutions for software design problems (e.g., when to use or not use API gateway, service mesh, etc.).
11. Positive and solution-oriented mindset, curious to experiment with new technologies, and always eager to learn new skills.
12. Comfortable making decisions with a high degree of autonomy while working in a multidisciplinary team.
13. Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Minimum Requirements:
1. Minimum 5 years in similar roles.
2. Previous experience in designing and implementing cloud solutions.
3. Desired experience in infrastructure and networking.
