Job Description
The Business Manager reports directly to the Contact Center Manager and achieves targets with assistance from all Transcom support functions.
* Achieve set revenue target and Gross Profit Margin for the business unit with high employee and client satisfaction.
* Develop realistic budgets.
* Oversee Team Leader development and support, defining training needs and recruitment requirements.
* Set and follow up on quality and quantity targets for allocated Clients/projects, maintaining regular interaction with clients.
* Understand the price structure and profitability goals, communicating them clearly to the business unit.
* Prepare or support preparation for commercial negotiations.
* Plan and implement expansions to current businesses and new ventures.
* Foster an open and energetic culture within the business unit.
* Continuously review procedures and implement improvements.

Ideal Candidate Profile
We seek a candidate with:
* A proven track record of effective leadership with Commercial and/or Operational responsibility in the CRM or closely related industry.
* Client Relations and/or Sales contact experience in CRM outsource businesses.
* A good understanding of CRM best practice and markets.
* Experience in direct/consumer marketing.
* Effective time management and focus on setting clear objectives and priorities.
* Experience with P&L management and associated financial practices.
* Background in a performance-driven environment.
* High intermediate (B2) level of English and fluency in French.
* Self-motivation and commercial acumen.
* Effective leadership skills influencing people behavior.
* Strong analytical skills for result analysis and decision-making.
* Ownership of quality, competence, and commitment.
* Aptitude for autonomy within a franchise framework and results-focused mindset.
