Reporting directly to the Managing Director Iberia, the candidate will have the following responsibilities:
1. Business Management and Growth: Responsible for managing and growing the business, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) like EBITDA;
2. Assist Training Manager: Accompany the Training Manager in the field, when necessary, to support training initiatives;
3. Supervise and Manage Agents: Oversee real estate agents, ensuring they follow legal and ethical standards;
4. Oversee Property Transactions: Manage the process of buying and selling properties, negotiating deals, and handling paperwork;
5. Provide Market Expertise: Advise clients on market trends, property values, and pricing strategies.
Perfil ideal
The ideal profile will meet the following criteria:
1. At least 10 years of successful experience in a second-hand residential real estate sales agency;
2. Leadership/management skills;
3. Business Skills;
4. Training knowledge;
5. Bachelor's Degree;
6. Computer Skills: Microsoft Office (must have);
7. Languages: Portuguese and English. French and Spanish are a plus;
8. Skills: Charismatic and persuasive personality; Strategic Vision; Organization; Teamwork; Leadership; Communication; Dynamism;
9. Available to travel inside Portugal.
