Job Title: Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a highly skilled and fluent French and English speaker for a Back-office position in Customs/Logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and manage customs entry documentation for shipments.
* Ensure all customs paperwork is completed accurately.
* Communicate with customers to collect any missing or unclear details for customs clearance.
* Work effectively in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
Requirements:
* Fluency in French (C1) and strong English skills (B2).
* Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Ability to thrive in a multinational and multicultural environment.
