We are recruiting a Customer Service Agent (m/f/d) for the German market to support customers from one of the greatest German Banks. You will act as a point of contact for a banking company's clients. You will provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer might face with accuracy and efficiency. Your day to day:
• You are able to manage all different types of inquiries generated via inbound activities such as phone and email.
• Assist with phone banking ID and T-PIN & Postbank app setup
• Card blocking/unblocking/exchange
•Recording of phishing cases
Who we are looking for:
• Experience in customer service or sales (preferred)
• Fluent/Native German
• Intermediate English
