Within the Commercial Execution group facilitate as a Scrum Master to ensure continues delivery across virtual teams. Working hybrid combining working from office and home.

What you will be doing:
• Develop and maintain the shared backlog for Commercial Execution teams. The deliverables for these teams typically are actionable insights from analysis, implementation & measurement of commercial leadership decisions and continuous improvement around areas of Network optimisation, Pricing strategy, Performance measurement, Value Proposition management.
• Plan & lead business agility cadence sessions including demos & sprint reviews, retros, story refinement, sprint planning and stand ups
• Train and coach, all team members in business agility and help further develop a agile mindset
• Highlight Roadblocks for removal
• Keep team members focused on what is important & deliver as committed
What do you bring with you:
The ideal candidate would demonstrate:
· Curiosity and team player attitude.
· Experience as Scum master in Lean or Agile set up.
· Very good planning and organisational skills and is outcome driven.
· Ability to work under pressure/make quick and sound decisions.
· Ability to train & coach different levels across the teams based across different locations, both team members and product owners.
· Excellent knowledge of English is a must (working language).
· Experience with agile planning tooling like Agility, Jira or Confluence.
Marketing, Data analysis, Revenue Management and/or Logistics experience is a benefit.
