IT Corporate Functions is an IT team responsible for all Corporate Applications on the Euronext group, supporting Finance Systems, HR, CRM, and others. IT Corporate Functions aims to build a bridge between the business and IT, enhancing communication and allowing the business departments to move initiatives and automate manual workloads faster while following the IT protocols and controls.
The Junior IT Project Manager will plan, manage and report on progress of IT projects. They will work closely with senior project manager and relevant stakeholders to ensure projects follow the proper lifecycle and are delivered on time and within budget.
Key accountabilities
* Ensure the delivery of the allocated portfolio of projects on time and within budget
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of the project are considered and all the right stakeholders are involved, informed and with adequate engagement
* Monitor project progress, track action items and milestones, providing regular status reports to stakeholders, escalating timely when required
* Ensure that project are tracked and updated in the relevant project management tools, and deviations are properly communicated
Your profile
* Proven experience in a project management role, preferably in an high challenge, complex, multi-project technology environment
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on teamwork and collaboration.
* Stakeholder management and leadership skills.
* Analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
* Flexibility and ability to work in environments with changing priorities
* Nice to have: certification in specific Agile or waterfall methodologies (Scrum master, PMP, PRINCE2,…)
