Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Tejesta, a design-centered eyewear brand based in Miami. This individual will play a crucial role in building a leading US-based eyewear business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage our content calendar in Notion to ensure timely and consistent content publication.
* Track and analyze marketing metrics from Google Analytics, Klaviyo, and Shopify, updating company spreadsheets accordingly.
* Manage and maintain all Tejesta social media accounts, including timely posting and responding to comments.
* Analyze revenue trends, marketing trends, and inform management of developments to drive revenue growth on Shopify.
* Responsible for content updates and administrative management of the Tejesta.com website.
* Organize assets from photoshoots, communicate with videographers and photographers, and ensure timely organization and delivery of projects.
* Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in marketing or a related field.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Proficiency in Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Shopify, and social media platforms.
* Experience with email marketing and content management systems.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Nice to Haves:
* Knowledge of Notion or similar project management tools.
* Graphic design skills.
