We are looking for an Application Support for an international project! Syone Client is a French Bank, one of the 10 largest banks in the world, in Portugal has a large part of its IT operation with 7 thousand people working in IT services for all Group. Recently distinguished by Linkedin as one of the best companies in Portugal for career growth.
What you'll do:
* Manage incidents according to Service Delivery ITIL Standards, and in coordination with other teams, including production teams;
* Monitor environments and KPIs;
* Identify recurring Issues and service Requests and define action plans to reduce them;
* Understand the application landscape, develop expertise of the application/s and understand various interfaces involved;
* Define new practices/processes when needed; Write new procedures and ensure their collective ownership.
What you will need to bring:
* MSc or BSc;
* Good understanding of SQL;
* Good understanding of Linux;
* Knowledge and/or experience of the financial services industry;
* Fluent in English;
* Excellent communication skills.
