What you'll do
* Ensuring the team’s development, monitoring and evaluation;
* Motivating the team;
* Managing the team daily, according to internal policies;
* Ensuring the accomplishment of the Key Performance Indicators;
* Developing action plans for continuous improvement.
What you'll need
* Fluency in French (native);
* Fluency in English (C1 minimum);
* Experience as supervisor/leadership positions;
* Experience or passion for Gaming Market;
* Experience with customer service and live channels;
* Analytical ability, decision making, and team player;
