Your Role
As a ServiceNow Support Specialist, you will:
* Resolve or escalate incidents related to ServiceNow.
* Escalate RITM (Request for IT Service Management).
* Create and solve problems within the ServiceNow platform.
* Contribute to the maintenance of the Silva Service Catalogue.
* Test monthly Silva releases and Silva upgrades.
* Deliver training sessions to Silva key-users.
* Manage projects that require only data changes.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates with:
* 5+ years of professional experience with ServiceNow.
* Strong knowledge of ServiceNow, particularly the IT Service Management module.
* Experience with ServiceNow Scripting (JavaScript).
* ServiceNow System Administration expertise.
* Understanding of flexible workflows.
* ITIL V4 certification.
* Experience with IPC Management (Incident, Problem, and Change processes).
* Proficiency in creating presentation content (Microsoft PowerPoint).
* Experience working in an international environment with distributed teams.
* English proficiency.
