RESPONSIBILITIES: Serve as the main point of contact between business partners (clients/vendors) and internal departments, handling and processing incoming requests with efficiency.
Support sales by creating offers and pricelists, and maintaining selling prices.
Support procurement by maintaining and analyzing purchasing prices.
Guide new business partners through the onboarding process, including setting up contracts, and technical accounts, and managing commercial and financial data.
Play a key role in organizing and implementing promotional offers to clients.
Validate client invoices prior to sending.
Approve vendor invoices.
Maintain static data of clients and vendors.
Create and analyze reports for clients, vendors, internal departments and management YOU'LL BRING: University degree with a business, finance or analytical background, or equivalent experience within the telecommunications industry Preferable to have previous experience in a similar role in an international environment.
Ability to understand complex problems and find optimal solutions.
Strong interest in the software industry and the 'Mobile Messaging World.' Proficiency in MS Office – particularly Excel and Outlook.
Assertive, highly organized and able to work independently.
Great team player mindset, prioritizing team goals over individual success.
Language proficiency: fluent in English and proficient in German (both written and spoken)
