We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales/Business Developer to join our team.
This professional will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities for our software ecosystem focused on professional digital equipment management and DOOH (Digital Out-of-Home) solutions.
The ideal candidate will be skilled in lead generation, client relationship management, and driving the sales process from initial contact to closure.
Fluency in both Portuguese and English is essential.
Responsibilities:
* Identify and generate new business opportunities in the digital equipment management and DOOH markets.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, presenting our software solutions effectively to meet their needs.
* Understand and articulate the benefits and technical aspects of our software ecosystem to clients in both sectors.
* Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and alignment with their business goals.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical and product teams, to ensure product alignment and customer success.
* Monitor industry trends and market movements to adapt sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
* Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
* Maintain an organized sales pipeline, tracking and following up with leads efficiently.
Essential Requirements:
* Proven experience in sales or business development, particularly in technology, software, or digital markets.
* Fluent in Portuguese and English (both written and spoken).
* Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a proactive approach to generating and closing leads.
* Ability to understand and present complex software solutions clearly to clients.
* Experience with CRM tools to manage sales pipelines and client interactions.
* Adaptability to fast-paced and evolving market conditions.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in the digital equipment management or DOOH industries.
* Understanding of software ecosystems and SaaS business models.
* Experience with B2B sales and developing business in international markets.
* Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
