What You Need to Know
Have:
1. Knowledge of techniques for handling complaints, questions, and client issues.
2. Experience with the structure of telephone interviews.
3. Proficiency in client relationship techniques.
4. Familiarity with management applications and decision support tools.
5. Native or fluent proficiency in the business language (French).
