What you need to have/know:
Experience in 24/7 IT Support, including shift work and weekends (rotating shifts)
Strong knowledge of Linux & Windows environments
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and virtualization technologies (VMware, vCenter)
Understanding of Kubernetes & Openshift
Proficiency in scripting (Bash, Shell, Python) for automation and troubleshooting
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes
Strong networking knowledge for effective troubleshooting
Fluent English (verbal & written) – essential for the role
Understanding of financial markets and Euronext's role in the industry
ITIL framework expertise with hands-on experience in ITSM tools
Knowledge of mainframe systems (IBM z/OS) and scheduling tools (Control-M BMC, CA7)
