Your day will always be different. Activities will include assisting on many levels one of our Business Areas.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Logistics:
1. IT Material and accessories in MyMall
2. Orders in general via SAP
Administrative tasks:
3. Creation of IT assets
4. Handling the assets of the company allocated to employees
5. Onboarding and offboarding of employees
6. Maintenance of the official documentation
7. Support with in-person and Teams meetings scheduling and planning
8. Producing and updating PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets
Travels:
9. Support with travel requests (book flights, hotels, expenses…)
10. Support with internal requirements/procedures such as visas, taxes, social security, etc.
11. Coordination and support with our Global Mobility Delegation centre in Prague
12. Support to the Financial Team in regards to travel expenses, etc.
What You Bring
13. Be flexible to address problems in a quick and effective matter.
14. Proficient in English language in writing and speaking.
15. Able to work under pressure and capacity to multitasking.
16. Resilient, communicative personality, Emotional intelligence and Team-working skills
17. Good knowledge of Office 365
The employment contract will be through a third party company .
