About the Job
We are seeking a Customer Service Agent to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As part of a global community, you will work with a diverse range of nationalities and backgrounds.
You will be responsible for providing support and advice to customers regarding our tobacco products. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat.
* Identify and resolve customer issues promptly.
* Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Record data accurately in our CRM system.
* Offer ad-hoc support as needed.
* Collaborate with the team to achieve success.
Requirements:
* Native level of German and at least B1 level of English.
* Understanding of the value of excellent customer experience.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Energetic, innovative, and proactive approach.
* Excitement about intercultural communication and expatriate lifestyle.
* Valid Portuguese work permit (required).
What We Offer:
* Type of contract: yearly or 6-12 month contract, renewable.
* Full-time options on rotating shifts (40h/week, 5 days/week, Mon-Sat 7 AM - 8 PM).
* Competitive salary conditions (including free accommodation): 950€ - 1,000€ gross/month or excluding accommodation: 1,300€ - 1,400€ gross/month.
