Functional Description:
The Talent Acquisition Junior Specialist is responsible for executing the talent attraction strategy for staff hiring roles across the organization. Identifies, attracts, and assesses talent. Drives all aspects of the recruitment process and acts as primary relationship manager with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build a strong pipeline through attraction campaigns and digital outreach programs.
* Implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract and hire staff roles that support the needs of the business.
* Deliver exceptional candidate and client experience through quality of work and positive, consistent communication.
* Develop on-boarding plans and strategies. Act as first point of contact throughout hiring process for candidates.
