Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager – Application Development located in Lisbon, Portugal.
The Project Manager will be responsible for leading and managing software development projects from initiation to delivery.
Key responsibilities include project planning, resource allocation, risk management and coordination with development teams, business stakeholders and technical leadership.
Daily tasks will involve overseeing Agile/Scrum processes, ensuring alignment with business goals, tracking project progress and proactively addressing risks and dependencies.
The Project Manager will ensure timely delivery, adherence to scope and budget and compliance with best practices and quality standards in application development.
Qualifications Proven experience managing application development projects Experience in sales management system migration projects Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum and SDLC methodologies Expertise in project planning, risk management and stakeholder communication Experience in software development environments and working with cross-functional teams Ability to coordinate multiple teams and align technical solutions with business needs Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Ability to work on-site in Lisbon, Portugal Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field Experience with Jira, Confluence, or other project management tools is a plus English language, French as a plus
