About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to build the foundation for the future of HR. This role is responsible for creating excellence in people data management, where expertise in data governance, compliance and quality will shape how our global organization manages its most valuable asset: our people data.
Your Responsibilities
* Design and implement data governance frameworks that enable future AI and automation initiatives
* Create standards and processes to ensure data quality across global operations
* Lead GDPR compliance efforts, protecting employees and the organization
* Enable data-driven decision making through robust data quality management
* Build the foundation for future advanced analytics and AI implementations
Requirements
* Proven experience (min. 3-5 years) in data governance and compliance
* Deep understanding of GDPR and data protection regulations
* Strong process design and documentation skills
* Experience in master data management
* Ability to translate complex requirements into clear standards
* Excellent stakeholder management skills
* Background in HR data management preferred
* Change management experience
