Social Media Content Moderator
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Social Media Content Moderator to join our team in Porto.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Monitoring and reviewing user-generated content on our app
* Evaluating content for appropriateness and alignment with our platform guidelines
* Responding to reported content in a timely and accurate manner
* Safeguarding the user experience by enforcing community standards
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A C1/native level of German and an advanced level of English
* Well-developed critical thinking skills
* An affinity for social media and online communities
* A reliable and proactive approach to entrusted tasks
* Previous experience in customer service or content moderation is desirable, but not required
* A commitment to providing high-quality, accurate information
