Job Title: Client Relationship Manager
HokoCloud seeks an enthusiastic and motivated individual to manage client relationships and drive sales of digital products. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in Economics, Management, Finance, Marketing, or similar fields.
No prior experience is required, but relevant experience in a related role will be highly appreciated.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify opportunities and engage with potential clients to drive sales of digital products.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners and affiliates to facilitate collaboration and growth.
* Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
* Collaborate with internal teams to develop targeted sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
* Analyse client feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for product and service improvements.
* Assist in the negotiation and closing of deals to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
* Stay updated on market trends and competitors.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Management, Finance, Marketing, or similar fields.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport and trust.
* Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to achieve sales targets.
* Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with CRM tools.
