Marketing Channel Delivery Manager
Adecco is seeking a Marketing Channel Delivery Manager to support one of our large clients in the wellness sector.
Job Description:
1. This role will collaborate with multiple teams to develop digital strategies and goals that meet customer needs while adhering to global standards and compliance requirements.
2. Campaign Management capabilities through execution of outbound email marketing programs.
3. HCP Portal to engage customers with promotional messaging and access additional products and services. Advise marketing teams on portal strategy to enhance customer experience.
4. ePermission governance to support customer acquisition strategy (collection, management, data quality, and reporting).
5. Manage Omnichannel reporting to measure performance and guarantee KPI consistency across Global standard dashboard.
6. Rollout Social 2-way Communications capabilities ensuring process execution, compliance, and efficiency.
7. Provide Samples Management service, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
Main Role Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for day-to-day operations and management of omnichannel service providers and ensures on-time delivery across channels and campaigns.
2. Demonstrate value of Marketing Channel Delivery services and drive positive customer satisfaction through results.
3. Work with enabling functions to ensure delivery of global/local omnichannel and content deployment plans.
4. Ensure local approvals and compliance standards are met.
5. Serve as local expert to advise omnichannel teams on successful omnichannel strategy to enhance customer experience.
6. Direct development and delivery of measurable campaign plans that deliver maximum value across customer touch points and journeys.
7. Enable efficient & effective global to local digital content production.
8. Enable operational metrics aligned with commercial effectiveness strategy guidance.
Requirements:
* BA Required; MBA or equivalent Master's-level education preferred.
* Possess passion for digital and innovation.
* 3+ years digital marketing or equivalent experience in pharmaceutical sector is preferred.
* Influence and communications skills - ability to generate credibility.
* Team working, decision making and up-to-date knowledge on digital trends and best practices.
* Ability to work with metrics and KPIs to evaluate and optimize digital performance.
* Demonstrated agility and ability to independently drive program completion.
* Fluency in English.
