Our client is a dynamic and fast-paced FinTech Company, dedicated to empowering SMEs and entrepreneurs through tailored guidance and resources.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide hands-on guidance in creating business plans, setting financial goals, and building growth strategies tailored to each client's unique needs.
* Help customers maximize their use of Rauva's suite of products and services.
* Conduct regular check-ins with high-value customers, offering personalized guidance to keep them on track toward their goals.
* Analyse customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and communicate such feedback to other teams in a clear and structured manner.
* Handle customer complaints and escalations, ensuring swift and satisfactory resolutions.
* Assist the Operations Manager with any ad-hoc projects.
Requirements:
* Solid understanding of the unique challenges faced by SMEs and entrepreneurs, backed by solid basis in different business areas like marketing, finance, and accounting.
* Proven experience (2+ years) in a customer-facing role (accounting, sales, customer retention/success, account management, or a related role).
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Creative problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
* Good analytical skills and ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Data driven and proficient with Excel/Google sheets.
* Fluency in English and Portuguese (mandatory).
* Previous fintech/SaaS/startup experience is valued.
