Your day sounds like this: Keeping things moving forward and smoothly:
Oversee external agencies managing customer support, paid media, and IT.Manage email marketing (Klaviyo)—including campaigns, segmentation, and automated flows.Coordinate with the marketing team to optimize content, SEO, and paid media strategies.Drive sales goals while overseeing budget management.Development, execution and analyzing sales performance:
Implement and manage sales campaigns & promotions aligned with business goals.Maintain and optimize website performance, user experience, and integrations.Leverage Shopify & Google Analytics to track key metrics and optimize performance.Lead CRM initiatives to boost subscriber growth, retention, and loyalty.Strategize for Success:
Develop omnichannel strategies in collaboration with the Marketing, Operational, and General Managers.Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends and competition.Deliver monthly sales reports to assess performance and identify growth opportunities.What you'll bring: At least +3 years in e-commerce experience, preferably in retail or fashion.Proficiency in Shopify Plus, Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Meta, and Microsoft Office.Experience with e-commerce technologies, including merchandising tools, A/B testing and Shopify plugins.A collaborative, pro-active and resilient mindset with strong problem-solving and priority-setting abilities.Fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese to thrive in our global team.A results-driven approach with excellent communication skills, and a resilient mindset (it's important to align).Working for us includes: Flexible holiday periods;Shoes (lots of shoes) and discounts for family and friends;Career progression and goal establishing;Free courses on related fields;We look forward to meeting you!
