The Role:
* Designing business plans in line with the company's strategy and objectives.
* Working with various stakeholders to ensure business plans are effectively rolled out.
* Driving business efficiency and profitability by identifying and implementing process improvements.
* Developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts.
* Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.
* Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and maximizing upsell and cross-sell potential.
* Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow-up.
* Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs.
* Building collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders.
* Monitoring market trends and providing competitor feedback.
* Identifying new business opportunities through leads and research.
* Meeting potential clients to understand needs and provide relevant solutions.
* Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
* Building strong relationships with existing clients.
* Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
* Delivering effective sales skills training to the sales teams.
* Coaching sales teams to apply training content to real-life situations.
Ideal Profile:
* At least 5 years of experience in a B2B Sales / Account Executive or Business Manager role, ideally in Asset Management, Consulting, or Other Services.
* Solid prior experience in Marketing, Sales, and Technology.
* Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task effectively.
* Strong analytical skills and comfort with numerical data.
* A strong networker and relationship builder.
* Highly goal-driven and able to work well in fast-paced environments.
