Your Role
As a SuccessFactors Time Management Consultant, you will implement, configure, and support SAP SuccessFactors Time Management module to optimize HR processes, particularly in the Time Tracking area.
Responsibilities
* Work independently in multi-cultural teams delivering SuccessFactors Time Management / SAP HXM solutions to customers.
* Analyze requirements, design solutions, configure, implement, and troubleshoot key Employee Central Time functions such as positive and negative time tracking, absence management, forecasting, and schedules, and labor activities.
* Guide customers on-site and offshore on SAP Best Practices for quick wins.
* Lead Requirement Gathering Workshops and Trainings.
* Lead customer stakeholders in their Digital journey with comprehensive knowledge across SAP Solution portfolio.
* Conduct feasibility studies and solution reviews.
Requirements
* More than 3 years of experience in full-cycle implementation and support projects for SAP SuccessFactors Time Management.
* Good experience and knowledge of multiple SuccessFactors / SAP HCM Solutions – Employee Central, Time off, Time tracking, Time sheet, and/or Talent modules.
* Good knowledge of SAP HCM on-premise solution (preferable).
* Certified in SuccessFactors Time Management module.
* At least five end-to-end implementation experiences in SuccessFactors / SAP HCM.
* Good knowledge of SAP Cloud methodologies (Launch, Activate).
* Good knowledge of HR Business Processes.
* Good communication skills, both oral and written.
* SF Integration knowledge would be a plus.
* EC Payroll experience and skills would be a plus.
