We are recruiting a position of
Sales Administrative Officer_English and French speaker
for a global company leader in the transportation and logistics business located in Algés/ Lisboa.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Your main responsabilities are:
Manage clients portfolio;
Ensure payment deadlines;
Receive customer complaints and forwarding them to the respective subsidiaries;
Obtain missing accounting information from clientes;
Record all complaints received either by phone or email;
Follow-up on customer accounts;
Establish a network of internal (SSC and Subsidiary) and external contacts (Customers).
KEY SKILLS
Proven experience in a Cash-collection position (experience within a shared service environment would be a plus) at least 4 years minimum
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, SAP and other relevant software (Power BI);
Fluent in English and Spanish (higher level his mandatory).
