Adecco Human Resources is currently looking for a Telephone Contact Assistant for a prestigious Client in the Lisbon area.
Function:
- Document management; - Schedule meetings, deliveries and events; - Process invoices and approve payments; - Send work orders and technical support calls; - Verify and process expense reimbursements.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service and/or contact center; - Knowledge of the banking area; - Fluency in French and German; - Knowledge of English or Spanish; - Excellent communication skills; - Taste for teamwork; - Dynamism and autonomy.
It offers:
- Contract with Adecco; - Basic salary: 1150 - Working hours: from Monday to Friday, rotating between 07:00 and 17:00; - Hybrid regime.
