Main activities:
1. Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, selection, candidate communication, negotiation, and closing for IT and Operations roles;
2. Collaborate with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to identify current and future hiring needs and develop effective workforce planning strategies;
3. Provide recruitment advice to hiring managers to influence and guide talent decisions;
4. Maintain a thorough understanding of the bank's benefits and recruitment-related policies to effectively communicate these to candidates;
5. Partner with HR Business Partners and business units to understand job duties and responsibilities, and to devise targeted recruiting strategies;
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal clients, colleagues, vendors, and other team members to create a talent pipeline;
7. Utilize a mix of creative and traditional sourcing methods, including applicant tracking systems, internet searches, social media, employee referrals, and agency partnerships to attract candidates;
8. Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance current recruitment processes for efficiency;
9. Engage candidates from diverse regions, staying informed about international relocation and expatriate processes as necessary;
10. Coordinate with staffing agencies and HR Coordinators to ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding of temporary staffing resources;
11. Manage recruitment activities for campus programs, including internships and full-time/rotational graduate analyst programs.
Profile and skills we look for:
1. Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree is a plus;
2. Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on IT and Operations roles; experience in banking is required, and agency experience is a significant advantage;
3. Proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting exceptional talent across various organizational levels;
4. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships throughout the organization;
5. Demonstrated ability to creatively source a diverse workforce of all backgrounds;
6. Effective written and oral communication skills. Must be fully fluent in English, French is a plus;
7. A solid understanding of U.S. employment laws, including EEOC regulations, is critical;
8. Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks effectively;
9. Proven capability to negotiate successfully and diplomatically when closing candidates;
10. Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
Temporary project: approximately 6 months with the possibility of joining the client.
