Customer Service Agent
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Agent to join our team.
About the Role:
As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing world-class service to clients' customers while working on projects for top prestigious brands.
* Answering incoming queries from customers via email, chat, and phone
* Identifying issues and providing solutions
* Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
* Recording data in the CRM system
* Providing ad-hoc support
You will be a key member of our team, working closely with colleagues to achieve project goals and objectives.
Requirements:
* A native level of German and at least a B1 level of English
* Knowledge of the value and impact of good customer experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Drive for excellence and professionalism
* Commitment to teamwork and quality
What We Offer:
* Type of contract: yearly or 6 months, renewable
* Working hours: 40h/week (8h/day, 5 days a week) on a rotative schedule
* Salary conditions: including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): 950€ gross/month or excluding accommodation: 1300-1400€ gross/month
* International candidates: reimbursement of initial flight expenses, airport pick up, yearly two-way flight ticket back to home country, help in paperwork, opening bank account, etc.
