About the Role: SAP QM (SAP Quality Management)
Required Skills:
* Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or related domains;
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP QM Implementation process: Business process analysis, System configuration, Testing, Documentation, End-user training, and Production support;
* Experience with S4 Hana is a plus;
* Experience in rollouts projects is a plus;
Responsibilities:
* Conduct SAP QM process configuration to meet client business requirements, including connection points with other modules;
* Identify opportunities to enhance existing business operations using new SAP functions;
* Identify root causes and solutions for recurrent problems;
* Update and maintain all SAP documentation and knowledge database;
* Create detailed technical specifications for ABAP team;
* Work with other IT personnel on any configuration change affecting areas outside of SAP's modules and perform rigorous testing;
* Good level of English.
