We are recruiting a Technical Return Supervisor for Samsung, a multinational company in the Consumer Electronics sector.
Responsibilities:Support to reduce Returns;Monitoring and control the cost of technical returns;Control of lead time and pending returns, which involves contact with the logistics operator;Contact with the logistic operator and service centers for management of pending return orders;Supervision of outsourced Returns supporting staff;Responsibility for the operation of technical inspections at our warehouse;Execution of reports related to technical returns activity;Investigation of improper Dealers return charges back when requested;Hold meetings with our partners and main Customers (Dealers);Elaboration and updating our Policy and procedures;Training and transfer Policy and Procedures of the area to our Service centers;Interaction and support improvement of administrative processes of technical returns team (Root Cause Analysis);Monitoring and validation of billing services from our partners;Contract dealer revision on Dealers agreements;Whenever necessary support revision of agreements or contracts with our partners;Support and tests necessary in the case of implementation of new IT platforms of program changes.Minimum Requirements:Degree in management or similar, so that can prepare metrics and KPI reports;Advanced Microsoft Office, in particular Excel;Fluency in English (mandatory);Analytical ability.Integration into a large multinational company with high market visibility; an excellent opportunity to grow in a position with great impact.
