Subscription Sales Executive | UK Market

Are you an ambitious person and passionate about sales? We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Subscription Sales Executive in the vibrant city of Lisbon!
YOUR MAIN TASKS:
1. Delivering significant uplift in our individual and enterprise subscriptions through up-sell and new business;
2. Retaining our existing client subscription base at a ratio > 80%;
3. Building and developing client relationships across their book of business of clientes;
4. Presenting usage statistics to key customers;
5. Protecting our copyright and monetizing opportunities highlighted through client infringement;
6. Establishing best-in-class sales and client engagement practices (in close partnership with the Group Marketing Director and Head of Customer Services);
7. Transitioning our subscription business from individual subscriptions to enterprise subscriptions;
8. Driving increased penetration and engagement across our existing client base;
9. Building close partnerships with the enterprise customers.
YOU NEED TO:
1. Fluent or Native English Speaker;
2. Be able to demonstrate success in a sales role;
3. Be a confident, diligent, self-starter looking for experience in media sales;
4. Have the enthusiasm, motivation and drive to succeed in a targeted sales environment;
5. Have excellent communication and negotiation skills;
6. Have experience in a B2B / Event sales environment. (Preferred but not essential)
WHAT WE OFFER YOU:
1. Base salary: 1000€;
2. Meal Allowance: 7,80€ (meal card - tax free!);
3. Performance bonus: 400€ (100% objectives);
4. Transport Bonus: 20€ (meal card - tax free!);
5. Monday to Friday (9 to 6);
6. Contract with the client.
