Requirements:
* Availability and eligibility to do an IEFP internship
* Experience in recruitment and selection – valued
* Proactivity, good communication, availability, informality, empathy
* Proficiency in English
* Degree or master's in HRM or social and organizational psychology or computer engineering/management
