Job Overview
Coordination and execution of digital marketing channels and tools to support growth-driving marketing plans and campaigns for Assessment, Inspection, Advisory and Cyber in the Region, under direction of the Regional Marketing Manager, Global Digital Marketing Manager and in line with Global Strategy and Global Marketing and Campaign Plans.
Key Responsibilities:
1. In line with the global strategy and marketing plans, manage, maintain, and grow digital marketing channels using best practice frameworks, optimizing tools such as Salesforce and Pardot, our website, social media, email marketing, retargeting, search engine optimization, search engine marketing, digital marketing content localization, and more.
2. Contribute to the execution of targeted campaigns to drive pipeline and revenue growth, increase LRQA brand awareness, and generate leads within key product and service categories.
3. In line with budgets, performance plans and strategies, ensure that all digital marketing campaign channels support a consistent LRQA brand look and feel across the area.
4. Ensure digital marketing channels within campaigns utilize centrally developed and/or approved marketing content in line with LRQA Brand & Communications team and Global Digital Marketing Manager central guidance, appropriate client value propositions and client/prospect segmentation practices to maximize campaign engagement, effectiveness, brand awareness and lead generation.
5. Support digital marketing outcomes by working effectively with other marketing, sales, and training team members, bought in services/agencies and other internal and external interfaces to ensure timely and efficient campaign delivery.
6. Use Salesforce, Pardot, Google Analytics, MOZ, and other tools in line with training, best practice, and Global direction to provide monthly reports on marketing plans and campaign effectiveness, market positioning, product mix and client feedback of the area to continually review and improve our marketing strategy.
7. As a member of the area marketing team and working with the Global Digital Marketing Manager, provide information, recommendations and innovative ideas for new digital marketing channels, tactics, and tools, ensuring they are relevant, efficient, and realistic.
8. Follow frameworks and guidance to help evaluate online and offline marketing initiatives, ROI, and effectiveness.
9. Serve as the area digital marketing expert and go-to resource. Be an expert in our specific processes on digital tools such as Episerver, MOZ, Trello, Pardot and Google Analytics.
Requirements
* Degree level education in a marketing discipline with at least years of BB digital marketing and campaign coordination and execution experience or equivalent years' experience in a similar BB marketing role within the Certification, Testing Inspection and Compliance (TIC) and/or Professional Assurance Services sector.
* Excellent written and spoken English skills required. Additional language skills will be a plus.
* Experience of digital marketing ideally in a BB and/or professional services environment.
* Experience in providing digital marketing campaign and channel execution and support business operations.
