Profile:
* Bachelor's degree in Management Information Technology or similar (preferred);
* 5 years of experience in Functional Analysis in ERP Software (Management Consulting - mandatory);
* Previous experience in Project Management and team leadership (required);
* Experience in Functional areas of Accounting, Tax, Industry, Quality;
* Proactivity and taste for change and innovation;
* Commitment to the company.
Responsibilities:
* Information gathering and identification of project requirements and internal and external stakeholders;
* Customer relationship management;
* Pivot between the commercial area and the technical area;
* Plan for new needs or new requests for assistance that may arise daily;
* Perform functional analysis during the needs survey;
* Define the best solution taking into account the client's needs and the company's objectives;
* Manage expectations and motivations of the teams involved in the projects;
* Daily analysis of technicians' reports, records, and agendas;
* Budget and deadline management.
