Responsibilities
As a Senior Data Collection Analyst in Fast Data Support, your primary focus will be on Live Supervision and ensuring the Supporter/DCA team understands the process and operates accordingly.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support games when necessary.
* Guarantee Janus Admin tasks are properly executed and timely.
* Collaborate with the Live Support & Monitoring Team to gather information from games.
* Provide live supervision and feedback for Data Collectors (Supporters).
* Execute Training & Re-training for Data Collectors (Supporters).
* Rearrange shift plans and distribute games.
* Support quality control, reviewing supporters' performance and handling QC queries.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Fluent English language skills.
* In-depth sports knowledge.
* Extensive experience working with the Fast Data Product.
* The ability to teach, engage, explain, demonstrate, guide, and enable others.
* A proactive approach as a decision-maker in a fast-paced environment.
* A good command of Office 365.
