About the Role
We are looking for a customer service agent to join our dynamic and multicultural team. As a customer service agent, you will be responsible for supporting our clients by helping their customers with queries about products or services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide timely and satisfactory resolution to customer complaints
* Maintain clear and effective communication with clients to meet their needs
* Work collaboratively with team members to ensure seamless customer service
Requirements:
* You must be a native Dutch speaker
* You have a business proficiency level of English
* You are motivated and committed to your work
* You have excellent communication and listening skills
* You are a team player and willing to work with many other nationalities
About the Opportunity
We offer a long-term fixed-term contract, renewable every year, with full-time working hours (40h/week) from Monday to Friday. You will also receive a competitive salary and benefits package, including free accommodation and reimbursement of initial flight expenses after 3 months.
