Our Mission
As a member of our global service management team, you will be responsible for managing ACES/GWSS services based on the PEGA platform. You will work closely with service owners and the CoE team to ensure successful service management activities, including provider management, stakeholder management, marketing/promotion, and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support contracting activities driven by SCM over the service lifecycle (e.g., contract changes, renewals, pricelist negotiation, etc.).
* Familiarize with contract content, e.g., provider deliverables, metrics, service levels, and KPIs to ensure fulfillment of provider's contractual obligations.
* Maintain regular communication with providers, including participation in service, operations, or contract review meetings to measure and track provider performance according to SLAs.
* Support PRM team on the evaluation and rating of provider activities, e.g., spiderweb rating.
* Follow-up corrective action items with providers in case of escalations or any deficiencies detected.
Marketing/Communication and Stakeholder Management Activities:
* Support service owner in the relationship with stakeholders through regular contact with application owners/teams, interviews, and surveys.
* Participation in annual stakeholder analysis to derive service improvement plans.
* Manage service communities.
* Responsible for service communication channels: Newsletter, SharePoint, Viva Engage, survey tools.
* Contribute to the organization of events and marketing and promotion activities, e.g., Lunch&Learn sessions, ACES Magazine, etc.
Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in IT, with contact with service/provider management activities.
* Basic knowledge in BPM applications and the low-code platform PEGA and Process Automation or Workflow topics.
* Experience working in an international team and environment.
* Experience in provider management.
* Fluent English.
* Strong communication capabilities and customer orientation.
* Technical background and expertise.
* Excellent team player.
