Air Liquide Europe Business Services (ALEBS) is a financial services provider for Air Liquide European entities, created in 2019 in Lisbon, Portugal.
In just four years, ALEBS has grown to over 400 employees across three office locations: Lisbon, Tomar, and Guarda.
The company's geographical scope now extends beyond Europe, including Africa, the Middle East, and India, with an operational scope that encompasses Finance, Human Resources, and more.

Key Responsibilities
* Payroll Management: Prepare and monitor payroll data, ensuring compliance with local country requirements and regulations.
* Payroll Processing: Perform payroll runs according to local country requirements and regulations.
* Start and End of Year Activities: Conduct payroll administration activities at the start and end of each year, working with third-party providers.
* Process Maintenance: Manage and maintain company payroll processes.
* Request Handling: Respond to and process requests for changes to payroll data.
* Quality Monitoring: Monitor payroll input data quality and process payroll impacts.
* Disbursements and Collections: Administer disbursements, perform statutory collections, filing, and reporting.
* Support and Audits: Support audits and regulatory requests for payroll data.
* Employee Compensation: Administer employee compensation, including bonus calculations and annual pay reviews.
* Legislative Changes: Implement changes in response to legislation affecting payroll and time administration activities.
* Query Resolution: Work with third-party providers to investigate payroll queries.
Requirements
* Education: Degree in Human Resources Management or other Social Sciences or administrative equivalent discipline.
* Experience: Experience as an HR administrative assistant, preferably in a shared services environment.
* Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work independently and confidentially, and high sense of commitment and responsibility.
* Language: English (written and spoken), with additional languages valued.
