Join us as a People Partner, supporting a regional team of Designers and Engineers. You’ll manage daily operations, gather feedback to create growth-driven initiatives and align HR strategies with business objectives. Where you’ll do it: Hybrid, two days a week from the Leiria office
The Interview Process: This is a 3-stage process: First, a 45 min HR chat - Then a 1.5h experience + culture fit chat - Then a 45 min fit interview with the HR Director

What will be your responsibilities?
* Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing HR guidance and aligning HR initiatives with business goals.
* Collaborate with management to identify talent needs, drive recruitment efforts, and support workforce planning.
* Lead employee relations efforts by managing conflict resolution, providing coaching, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
* Develop and implement performance management strategies to improve employee productivity and support professional development.
* Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide insights and recommendations that enhance employee engagement and retention.
* Drive organizational change initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability.
