Job Description:As a Customer Financial Services Representative, you will be a member of the European Ship-To-Collect Team, supporting the European organization and our largest customers in all matters related to cash application, invoice disputes, and collections.
We are looking for a CFS Representative with detailed experience in finance collections and invoice disputes. You will be responsible for the completion of defined processes and procedures to deadline, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant internal and external standards. You will identify anomalies as they arise and use judgment based on rules and procedures to resolve them.
For complex issues, you may escalate to senior team members.
This position will optimize Customer Experience and Bad Debt while playing a role in supporting FedEx Strategic accounts. As a member of a European team, you must be comfortable with remote teams.
