As a sales advisor in this project, your daily responsibilities will include:
1. Contact clients that are using the 3-month trial period QuickBooks version through phone, ensuring the best quality service.
2. Engaging with the clients, explaining the advantages of having the paid version and finishing the process of Sale.
3. Solve with precision and efficiency emerging issues that customers may face.
4. Perform corrections and optimize the customers' technical knowledge.
5. Meet and exceed our service quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets.
6. Create amazing experiences that people value and we are proud of.
7. Be responsible to follow the direction of management and provide feedback.
To succeed in the role, you will need to have:
1. Native or proficient level of French (C2).
2. Advanced level of English (at least C1) both verbal and written.
3. Strong communication skills – with excellent phone conversation skills, attentive listening, and superior writing skills.
4. Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
5. Desire to learn and advance, be a curious investigator and problem solver.
6. Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal.
7. Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to Porto, Portugal.
