Job Overview

We seek a Workplace Engineer to join one of the world's largest insurance groups, present in 64 countries.


Responsibilities

* As a 2nd/3rd line support engineer, you will solve complex disruptions, customer questions, and new releases around Intune, MS Endpoint, and Microsoft 365 Defender.


Requirements

* In-depth knowledge of MDM expertise through Autopilot/Intune
* Experience with Windows Devices management expertise
* Experience with Windows Information Protection (WIP) expertise
* Knowledge of MS Endpoint DLP expertise, McAfee Cloud Proxy expertise, and F5 PerApp VPN expertise is a plus
* General knowledge of Azure (IaaS / PaaS)
* Powershell skills and desire to automate as much as possible
* Knowledge of ITIL and Agile/Scrum methodologies is highly desirable
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Strong communicator in English
