Job Description
Your contribution to something big:
1. Prepare financial reports, ensuring information feasibility, efficient process and minimizing errors;
2. Analysis of business development KPI’s using SAP BW and SAP ERP, including preparation of presentation to management;
3. Optimize reporting processes and support improvement projects;
4. Support data uploads and reconciling between different databases (SAP BW, Hyperion Financial Management) during month-end closing, business plan and forecast;
5. Document database and reporting processes;
6. Optimize upload procedures, data processing, reporting processes and support improvement projects;
7. Participate in ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
8. Degree in economics, management, finance or similar;
9. At least two years of professional or internship experience in relevant areas ( Controlling, Logistics, Purchasing, etc);
10. Basic comprehension of reporting procedures;
11. Experience with PowerQuery and PowerBI would be a plus;
12. Microsoft Excel (Advanced knowledge required);
13. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
14. Cross-functional and cross-process mindset;
15. Strong ability to work under pressure, with deadlines;
16. Very structured, accurate and customer-oriented way of working;
17. Team spirit, dynamic, proactive, responsible and proactive communication skills;
18. Fluent English, work in international environment.
