IT Support Specialists are responsible for analyzing, troubleshooting and evaluating technology issues. This role may support internal clients, helping to keep employees productive, or external customers of a company, helping them via the telephone or webchat.
As an IT professional, you may write programs, maintain networks, analyze systems, and provide technical support.

The IT Specialist will maintain and improve the technical systems of a company to ensure all employees have the technology they need to complete their work and the organizations important files and information remain safe and intact.
He will have the following responsibilities:
Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systems
Implement security measures
Monitor security certificates and company compliance of requirements
Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer problems
Install and update company software and hardware as needed
