In our global department for processes and equipment within our supply chain,, we are looking for a new Technical Project Manager. The team is responsible for the development and implementation of new prototype blades and blade factories worldwide.
How to contribute to our vision
To ensure we can execute our growing project pipeline we are looking for a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to run and ensure on-time delivery of projects related to New Product Introductions and New Plants.
You will oversee various workstreams such as equipment, building & layout, shop floor documentation, materials (BOM), risk mitigation and process flow. The project team will among others consist of our highly skilled process engineers, equipment engineers and technical writers.
You will in terms of project management be responsible for planning and overseeing the various workstream from start to finish. One of your key responsibilities is active stakeholder management, as this is critical to the success of the project given the size of the organization and the complexity of our projects. You will also be responsible for:
1. Budget (OPEX/CAPEX) for equipment development, sourcing and installation.
2. Reporting to the Senior project manager and the management.
3. Support Risk, Supplier and Resource Management.
4. Quality assurance of all our deliveries.
What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. You would also need to have:
5. A technical background or high technical understanding.
6. 5+ years of experience from a production or construction environment. Preferably from the wind industry or large-scale manufacturing with a proven track record of complex projects.
7. Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English, both written and verbally.
8. Project Management Training, preferably with certification.
As a person, you are proactive, well-structured and enjoy helping others. You thrive in an international environment with colleagues, suppliers and customers from around the world.
Danish and/or French language skills will be an advantage. You should expect 10-40 travel days per year.
