3. Systems Integration:
• Coordinate the integration of new equipment and systems with existing ones.
• Ensure compatibility and efficient communication between systems.
• Implement integration protocols and procedures.
• Train the team on new integrated systems.
4. Team Management:
• Lead, motivate, and develop the technical team.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide regular feedback.

Qualifications and Requirements:
